Reporting an Issue from within VoidLoop ViewPoint™¶

Report an issue dialog

To report an issue from within VoidLoop ViewPoint™, use the Help -> Report an Issue dialog. The application logs from your most recent session will be automatically attached. A reference number will be returned to you and someone from our team will be in touch as soon as possible.

Please include as much relevant information as possible in the Description field. Helpful information to include: the steps taken that resulted in the issue, the result you were hoping for versus what actually happened, and any steps you took to resolve it. The platform, app version, and similar fields will be included automatically.

Returns, Refunds, and Billing¶

For any order issue — a refund, a return, or a billing correction — email license@voidloop.com with your order details. The team will confirm whether your purchase is eligible and walk you through the next steps before any return occurs.
